A computer can't substitute for a caring therapist. Why should I use Self-Therapy Journey?

Self-Therapy Journey is not intended to be a substitute for therapy or counseling.
It doesn't interact with you in the way a therapist would. It doesn't pretend to respond to you as a person.

It does allow you to explore yourself and work on changing yourself in ways that are similar in some ways to what happens in some therapy sessions, except that you don't have the important presence, caring, and expertise of a therapist. If this is what you need, then go into psychotherapy or counseling.

If you think you might be able to get what you need from Self-Therapy Journey, then try it out and see for yourself.
