Self-Therapy Journey is not intended to be a substitute for therapy or counseling.

It does allow you to explore yourself and work on changing yourself in ways that are similar in some ways to what happens in some therapy sessions, except that you don't have the important presence, caring, and expertise of a therapist. If this is what you need, then go into psychotherapy or counseling.
